Webhook Payloads

Webhooks are a powerful way to integrate your application with moneymotion. By subscribing to events, you can receive real-time notifications about invoices & payments.

Webhook Payload

A webhook payload from moneymotion would be structured as below.

New Checkout

A new checkout session has been initiated by the customer. It will have the following payload.

Refund Checkout

A checkout session has been refunded successfully to the customer.

Expired Checkout

A checkout session has been expired due to inactivity.

Disputed Checkout

A checkout session has been disputed by the customer.

Implementation

Go to the Webhooks section in the moneymotion dashboard.
Click on "Create New Webhook" button.
Enter the URL where you want to receive the webhook payload.
Select the events you want to subscribe to.
Click on "Create Webhook" button.

Webhook Signing

moneymotion signs the webhook payload with a secret key. You can verify the signature of the webhook payload by using the secret key.
